Donsadon Jeju — G-Dragon's Favourite Black Pork BBQ

@xxxibgdrgn favourite restaurant in Jeju! As seen from the walls of fame, one could tell that this restaurant is frequented by many celebrities and of course, you could easily spot photos of G-Dragon dining here.

Reached here pretty late as the other Black Pork BBQ restaurant we wanted to check out was full for the day. It was super crowded with locals and we had to wait for about an hour before getting seated.

They will grill the meat for you, over charcoal in thick pieces. For the first bite, you should try eating it alone without any seasoning or sides. The meat were so tender, juicy, meaty and does not have the porky taste. The lady taught us a few different ways to eat/pair the pork with. Swipe to the video to find out more! I was never a fan of radish but my favourite combi was sauce + radish! You gotta try this combi, it’s so good👍🏻!

We got the Kimchi Jjigae as well, recommended by the lady. Most tables were having it as well. And omg, it’s one of the best I’ve had! The soup was so robust in flavor! The black pork in it was super tender too! Highly recommend to pair the Black Pork with Kimchi Jjigae!

After having a bite of it, I can’t stop myself from having more! Indeed the wagyu of pork and a definite must-try when in Jeju!
