Dotdotbowl — Gangsa Noodles

As many of us are still WFH, we may be tied up with work or ran out of cooking ideas. Hence, I am super excited to share with you a tasty and convenient food that I found recently!

@dotdotbowl specialises in 𝐆𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐬𝐚 𝐍𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐬 (可口面), where a bowl of their noodles could be enjoyed in 3 different ways:

The following ingredients were nicely packed in each bowl of noodles:

1️⃣ Flavourful minced and sliced pork, spinach, ramen lava egg and razor clams

2️⃣ Noodles

3️⃣ Thick pork broth

4️⃣ Fried shallots

5️⃣ Chilli paste

As each bowl of Gangsa Noodles comes in a microwavable kraft bowl, you only need to assemble the ingredients and put them into the microwave. In 5 mins, viola~ You’ll have a hearty bowl of noodles to be enjoyed in the comfort of your home!
