The al-dente ramen was tossed in a special sauce, drizzled with aromatic truffle oil. Give the noodles and ingredients a good toss and it’s surprisingly very flavorful and packed with savory umami flavors. Every bite presents an aromatic truffle fragrant and taste😌
A unique point to note is that instead of chashu, shredded pork was added. However, the pork pieces were slightly dry.
The overall dish tend towards being slightly salty but nonetheless it’s a pretty good and affordable bowl of ramen. A place for a quick ramen fix.
