Duckempire ā Teochew Braised Duck Family Set
@duckempire.sg is a new HBB that specialises in šš«ššš¢šš¢šØš§šš„ šššØšš”šš° šš«šš¢š¬šš šš®šš¤. Using a recipe that has been handed down through generations, not only do they aim to serve you a different experience, but they also pride themselves in using fresh ingredients with no preservatives and MSG.
I tried their š šš¦š¢š„š² ššš ($šš) which consists of the following:

I like how the braised duck was presented nicely, in a clean and deboned manner. The duck meat was tender and boast a light herbal taste. I thoroughly enjoyed both their homemade chilli - the garlic chilli was tangy and refreshing, while the sambal chilli was fragrant with strong notes of hae bee (dried shrimp) flavour. They go really well with the braised meat and rice!
