My favourite is definitely the ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ซ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฅ๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐. Bold truffle aroma fills the air as soon as you lift up the noodles. Al-dente angel hair pasta paired with golden-brown sautรฉed shiitake mushrooms, perfectly boiled edamame, topped with in-house made vegan caviar and black truffle shavings. The pasta was served chilled and seasoned with shio kombu and truffle oil. The different ingredients and its flavor comes amazingly well together. The pasta tasted so fresh, healthy and light! Super love it!
