Served with pan seared chicken slices, bean sprouts and a pair of charred prawns on a bowl of hand-crafted noodles with flavourful broth. The broth was rich and hearty as 40kg of prawn shells and heads were painstakingly fried and then boiled down to ensure all the deliciousness is released.

My favourite side! Coated with a secret recipe batter, the onion rings were so crisp and fresh and paired really well with their in-house curry mayo!
