Egg Fried Rice with Pork Cutlet 🍖

Pretty sure fans of DTF’s pork cutlet fried rice would recognise that this dish looks familiar! I’d say that this alternative is sooo good and value for money! Not only does it tastes good, it’s also half the price of that at DTF!

Each mouthful of the fragrant fried rice tasted sooo refreshing. It was full of wok hey and the rice was so evenly tossed that each grain seems to be well coated with egg.

The pork cutlet was super tender and soft!! It has a good bite to it as well.

Their homemade chilli was good!! Very aromatic. It looks lethal but it’s actually not as spicy as it looks! Super shiok to mix it with the fried rice.

Pairing the fragrant and tasty fried rice with the amazingly tender pork cutlet, coupled with their chilli, it’s just such a heavenly combination that you’d kill (queue) for!
