If you’re a fan of bold flavours, smoky aromas and generous sharing plates, Meatsmith’s Fire Feast delivers exactly what its name promises. What stood out most for me was how every dish carried that unmistakable kiss of fire. The meats arrived beautifully charred on the outside while remaining juicy and tender within, showcasing the low-and-slow smoking techniques that Meatsmith is known for. From smoky brisket and melt-in-your-mouth beef short ribs to succulent pork ribs and flavour-packed sausages, every bite felt hearty and deeply satisfying. Their signature platters are especially impressive, offering a little bit of everything for the table to share.

Beyond the meats, the sides such as the accompanying sauces and pickles added just the right amount of balance to cut through the richness.
