@familee.privatekitchen is a family home-cook business serving Hakka specialties. I am really happy to have found @familee.privatekitchen as it is quite rare to find Hakka cuisine nowadays!

One of my favourite Hakka dish that is uncommon now! Chewy and bouncy, I only wish for it to have more flavor and fragrance!

Using only fresh chicken thigh meat and drumstick, itโs no surprise that the chicken meat was fresh and tender! Simmered with house-made brown sauce, the chicken was flavorful with a bold ginger taste.

This was pretty good! The fresh minced pork paste was tender, delicious and substantial.

Despite being a delivery order, there was still a suitable amount of moisture to it.
