What’s captivating here is how soft and tender their chunky beef pieces were! Slow cooked using a premium golden-coin cut, the beef pieces tears apart easily with melty tendons. Each beef pieces was well-coated by the buttery rendang sauce. The rendang sauce was well-flavored, mildly sweet, not too spicy and the spices were just nice with a mild lemongrass fragrance.
