Fangko+ — Indonesian-Infused Cafe Fare in the CBD

Located in the CBD area, @fangko.coffee is a cosy place that specialises in affordable Indonesian-infused food.

The following are items that I’ve tried:

They have just recently launched their sambal prawns and I am so glad I caught it! This is definitely my favourite dish for the night! Fragrant blue pea coconut rice paired with their sambal prawns were just a matchmake in heaven! The prawns were fresh and together with their homemade sambal, they just go so well with the fragrant rice!

𝙎𝙢𝙖𝙨𝙝 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙢𝙠𝙚𝙣 ($7)

Given the flexibility to customise your spiciness level ranging from Level 1 to 12, we went with Level 3. That crunch from the chicken paired with the spiciness from the chilli was soooo SHIOK🔥! It’ll be better if the white rice is replaced with the fragrant blue pea coconut rice! That would be superb! Be careful with the spiciness level as they really kick a punch!

𝙎𝙥𝙞𝙘𝙮 𝙁𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙙 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙣 𝘽𝙪𝙧𝙜𝙚𝙧 ($8)

Love the presentation of this dish! The truffle fries were good, crisp with a nice truffle aroma. However, the chicken was a little dry as they use the healthier cut chicken breast. Would be better if the chicken meat was tender and juicer.

𝙁𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙠𝙤 𝘾𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙚 is freshly brewed daily with their own in-house recipe. Their cold brew is smooth and not too sweet. I really like their coffee and ended up buying 2 bottles home! If you don’t fancy coffee, go for their 𝙄𝙘𝙚𝙙 𝙇𝙮𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙚 𝙏𝙚𝙖! Super refreshing with lychee chunks in it!

They have a pretty extensive menu that’s suitable for lunch, dinner and afternoon tea break snack! Apart from their main menu, @fangko.coffee offers breakfast set as well! Do check them out for some yummy and budget-friendly cafe fare in the CBD area!
