Baklava Bracelets Asawer El Sit

Driven by a passion to share her love for food, Ada is keen on experimenting and coming up with new flavors. Her zestful experimentation led to the creation of a “modernized” baklava with 14 funky flavors.

Baklava is a deliciously-sweet dessert that’s prevalent in Greece and Middle East. It’s really unique and I am really glad that I tried it!

The flavors that I’ve tried:

Ovamaltine

Lavender White Chocolate

Butterscotch Sea Salt

Butterfly Pea Earl Grey Latte

Nutella

The delicately crisp phyllo rings was filled with a creamy centre and topped with finely grated pistachios or sea salt. I was delightfully surprised by how light and crispy the phyllo rings were🤩! I love the crunch of the buttery phyllo ring against the creamy fragrant filling. It was such a satisfying bite!

At first glance, I thought that these little ring pastries were gonna be a sugar bomb but I am very happy that they were not! The baklavas are of suitable sweetness / not too sweet.

These vibrant and beautiful baklavas are so dangerously good that it’s bound to brighten up anyone’s day!
