Grilled over charcoal until the skin achieved a delicate crispness, the fish remained wonderfully moist and flaky within. The red pepper aji amarillo sauce added a smoky sweetness with just enough heat to complement the natural flavour of the sea bass rather than overpower it.
🍰Tres Leche Cake
Light yet decadent, the vanilla sponge soaked up the rich milk mixture beautifully without becoming overly dense. The candied orange added a fragrant citrus lift, while the pistachio ice cream brought a nutty creaminess that tied everything together.
