Had @zeeandellesg Honey Yuzu Cream Cake for my birthday cake this year!

Their Honey Yuzu Cream Cake showcases a yuzu sponge, layered with freshly made yuzu curd and manuka honey infused cream. This citrus light refreshing combination is suitable for those who prefer something lighter on the palette. I only wish their sponge were lighter and fluffier!
