Here’s what we tried:

👍🏻𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐞𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐫𝐚𝐛

This is my first time trying White Pepper Crab and it’s so fragrant! Unlike its black-pepper counterpart, it has a milder spiciness but still packs enough punch to lit up our taste buds! Also, the crab meat were so fresh, plump, firm and juicy! Totally finger-licking good😋!

👍🏻𝐗𝐎 𝐋𝐨𝐛𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐞 𝐅𝐮 𝐍𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐬

Topping the bowl of flavorful ee fu noodles was a meaty Boston Lobster! This is definitely a crowd-pleaser!

🦐𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐟’𝐬 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐧

A well-executed classic zichar dish with large succulent prawns drenched in a rich salted egg yolk sauce.

Most of us heard of Three Cup Chicken, but @fortune rendition with tenderloin beef cubes is not to be missed! The beef cubes were real tender!

🎃𝐏𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐤𝐢𝐧 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬

Love the textural contrast - soft pumpkin coated by a crisp & crunchy exterior, as well as flavors contrast - sweet & mild tasting pumpkin with hints of salted egg yolk flavor in the flour coating the pumpkin.
