Gingko Barley Beancurd Skin Soup

Fell in love with this dessert immediately after the first mouthful I had when I was young.

Ah Chew’s version was smooth and mildly sweet.

Despite having quite a long queue, it moves pretty fast and we got a seat within minutes.
