Glacier β Brunch
A newly opened minimalistic botanical-themed cafe in Lavender, @glacier.sg offers the standard cafe fare with all-day brunch menu (till 730pm), desserts and drinks.

Fluffy brioche topped with mashed avocado, smoked salmon and two beautifully done poached eggs. Whatβs not to love hereππ»!

Fresh and nicely flavored, this dish features pan-seared scallops with a generous serving of clams and crab meat.

Topped with a scoop of Sicilian Pistachio. It was such a good idea to pair the soft, fluffy yet chewy and dense bread with a scoop of gelato!

The unique parts of this are their flavored cones and there are 12 gelato flavors available, mainly with herbs and botanical flavours in it! I paired the Earl Grey infused cone with Raspberry, Lychee & Rose and Oolong Osmanthus. I pretty like their cone which was fresh, crisp and mildly-flavored.
