Happy Dumpling Festival everyone! Tried a few rice dumplings this year but the most interesting has got to be the vegetarian dumpling from Hai Tien Lo!

Grain Dumpling with Cordyceps Flowers 🌽

This is a pretty interesting flavor! First time trying a dumpling that consists of Cordyceps Flowers, Green Beans, Black Sesame, Barley, Corn and Peanuts. But I couldn’t really taste/see any barley and green beans.

This vegetarian dumpling is milder in flavor as compared to the other dumplings, but nonetheless still tasty. It feels healthier and nutritious so I would say it’s worth a try!

Cantonese Pork Dumpling with Salted Egg Yolk 🥚

Huge chunks of meat could be found within Hai Tien Lo’s cantonese pork dumpling, which also contains chestnut, mushroom and a salted egg.
