Not to be missed is the Abadia Retuerta, Seleccion Especial 2016 – made up of a blend of Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon. It is a full-bodied, bright deep red wine with aromas of blackberries, figs, vanilla and liquorice. This wine is the perfect complement to the restaurant’s savoury and indulgent “La Fusta” of Spanish Sausages & Cheeses and Filete de “Ribeye” (Ribeye ).

Using only the Tempranillo grape variety, the Dominio Romano, Ribera del Duero RDR 2017 is an elegant dark red wine with aromas of blueberry jam. With its great structure, this wine is a great supplement to the scrumptious Spanish tapas staples – Croquetas de Jamón (ham croquettes), Jamón Ibérico de Bellota (Iberian ham) and Patatas Bravas (spicy fried potatoes).
