Heng Hua Style Lor Mee 🍜

My attempt at putien lor mee as I was craving for that rich and flavorful broth with an underlying seafood sweetness.

The bed of silky noodles was topped with succulent prawns, fresh clams, pork belly, tofu puffs and vegetables. The addition of seafood made the broth delightfully sweet. This wholesome meal is really the epitome of a comforting dish.
