Her Secret Bakes — Cookies and Earl Grey Cheesecake

The bakes that I’ve tried are:

Peach Tea Cookies

Salted Egg Butter Cookies

Earl Grey Cheesecake

My favourite has got to be the peach tea cookies! They smell really fragrant and contain mild peach taste! The cookies are lightly crisp compared to the salted egg butter cookies which were so soft that it literally melts in your mouth. I feel that the butter cookies were a little too soft as it crumbles too easily.

The earl grey cheesecake was aromatic with pretty strong earl grey taste! I like the addition of earl grey cookie crumbles as topping as it adds a crunch to the otherwise soft cheesecake. However, I feel that the cheesecake texture could be better as it feels pretty dry and dense to me.
