Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium has given its halal-certified buffet a pretty indulgent upgrade with its limited-time Wagyu Beef, Seafood & Suhaimi’s Buffet, created in collaboration with beloved Singapore entertainer Suhaimi Yusof. Instead of simply loading the spread with premium ingredients, the concept mixes Wagyu and seafood with the comforting local flavours Suhaimi actually loves, which makes this feel a little more fun and familiar than your usual hotel buffet.

The Wagyu selection is definitely one of the biggest draws. Look out for Slow-Roasted Wagyu D-Rump, Pan-Seared Wagyu Steak with Truffle Sauce and Smoked Garlic Butter Wagyu Steak Bites, alongside local-inspired dishes like Wagyu Beef Cheek Rendang.

The seafood-on-ice spread includes Japanese Snow Crab Legs, fresh oysters, tiger prawns, baby abalone, Japanese sweet clams and half-shell scallops, with bamboo lobster available on weekends. There are also cooked seafood dishes such as Seafood Thermidor, Spanish Garlic Shrimps, grilled Australian octopus with garlic butter and Seafood Cioppino.

But what gives this buffet its personality is really Suhaimi’s All-Time Favourite Picks. Think Singapore Chilli Lobster with Mantou, boneless chicken rice, chicken and mutton satay, Chinese fish curry, sushi and sashimi, plus that Wagyu Beef Cheek Rendang.
