Donโt we all miss travelling? Getting inspiration from the pastries that she misses in Paris while travelling as a cabin crew, @honestcraftbakery decided to turn her baker dreams into a reality.
Featuring the launch of her newest flavors of the all-time favourite French Pastry - Buttery, moist and fragrant, these financiers appear rather simple and unassuming looking that I did not expect them to taste so good. As they were baked to order, the financiers tasted so fresh and soft. I like how they are not too sweet, hence absolutely perfect for your morning or afternoon cup of tea. It would have been perfect if the sides of the financiers were crisp.
