Hot Plate Bibimbap 🍳

I enjoyed this dish a lot! Mixed it well with the red pepper paste and enjoy it with the salted seaweed. Sooo good👍🏻 The rice grains at the bottom is slightly burnt, adding a little “crunchy” texture to each mouthful.

To be honest, the portion served was smaller than expected. We were expecting a bigger hot plate with a bigger size egg😛 Was suprised when we saw a smaller plate being served with a quail egg on top haha!
