House Of Kueh SG — New Penang Noodle Specials

Having been featured by many foodies and myself previously, @houseofkuehsg needs no further introduction. Apart from their famed soon kuehs, @houseofkuehsg have recently launched a new special menu that includes 𝐏𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐧 𝐍𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐬 (𝒐𝒏 𝑭𝒓𝒊𝒅𝒂𝒚𝒔) and 𝐏𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐞 (𝒐𝒏 𝑾𝒆𝒅𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒅𝒂𝒚𝒔).

I tried their 𝐏𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐧 𝐍𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐬, which comes with 𝙛𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙝 𝙥𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙣𝙨, 𝙨𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙠, 𝙛𝙞𝙨𝙝𝙘𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙨 and 𝙚𝙜𝙜. The soup was really robust, rich and flavorful. You could taste the natural umami-ness from the prawn heads and pork bone used to boiled the broth. I added in all the sambal to elevate the flavors further.

You can’t go off without having their delicious soon kueh! I had @houseofkuehsg 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐨𝐧 𝐊𝐮𝐞𝐡 (𝐌𝐢𝐱𝐞𝐝) which consists of 𝘾𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙘, 𝙆𝙞𝙢𝙘𝙝𝙞 and 𝘽𝙖𝙢𝙗𝙤𝙤 flavors. I just can’t get enough of their delicious and plump soon kueh - generous amount of ingredients wrapped within a delicate crystal-thin skin.
