Grilled Sea Bass — Signature Fragrant Spicy Sauce

I had sea bass in signature fragrant spicy sauce, with medium spiciness level. Added enoki mushroom, flat vermicelli and beancurd skin which were soooo goood to go with rice as they soaked up the flavors really well.

It’s really fragrant, savoury and addictive! Before I know it, I emptied my bowl of rice😋I feel that their spiciness level is milder as compared to the typical mala. So for those of you who prefers to have a kick, can consider raising the spiciness level by a notch.

Love the presentation of the dish as it looks like a fiery grand dish. Overall, it was a satisfying meal. Definitely a suitable place for some catch up with good company.
