From now till 6 November, fans of stalwart Cantonese restaurant, Joyden Canton Kitchen, can partake in a time-limited seasonal <𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐞 鲍鱼好食节> menu, featuring sumptuous abalones prepared in three mouth-watering renditions.

Meticulously-prepared with finesse by the restaurant’s stellar team of chefs, these specialty dishes served in claypots are brimming with delectable and plump 10-head abalones:

1️⃣𝐀𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐎𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐚𝐧-𝐁𝐞𝐢 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐞鲍鱼三杯菇 ($36)

Consists of thoroughly-braised succulent abalone and four kinds of mushrooms, in a thick gravy permeated with the aromatics of garlic cloves and Thai basil leaves for a herbaceous kick.
