Nestled within the bustling Boat Quay is a new modern Izakaya restaurant, @ju95.co .
@ju95.co , which stands for 居酒屋, is a perfect night spot to gather with friends and unwind over good food and drinks.

Boneless chicken wings stuffed with Foie gras, served with mala dip. I personally prefer having the wing on its own as I find the mala flavor a little too overwhelming, covering the rest of the flavors.
🌟𝐇𝐚𝐲 𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢
Love the smoky flavors here! The fish was marinated and smoked, tender as sashimi, with sweet & sour berry sauce and grilled padrón peppers & leek.
𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐬 𝐒𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬
A crunchy and flavorful dish but the bacon were a tad bit too tough.

Mushroom with chorizo XO sauce and a whole egg yolk.

Japanese style Claypot rice with seaweed schmaltz, mushroom, ikura.

Crispy home made cookies with sour cream, sake cherry and rose petals. Very unique, refreshing and super aesthetically pleasing😍!
