Kanada-Ya โ€” Truffle Ramen at Paragon

Londonโ€™s famous ramen chain, @kanadaya.sg , has opened five outlets across Singapore in a short span of two years.

Famed for their limited edition Truffle Ramen, @kanadaya.sg also offers a variety of ramen, donburi and sides. I had the ๐“๐ซ๐ฎ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ฅ๐ž ๐‘๐š๐ฆ๐ž๐ง and ๐Š๐จ๐ญ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ข ๐“๐จ๐ง๐ค๐จ๐ญ๐ฌ๐ฎ ๐‘๐š๐ฆ๐ž๐ง, with the former one boasting a distinct truffle aroma and the latter one with a richer tonkotsu broth flavor.
