Zuruzuru SG — Japanese Mazesoba at Kanpai789

Hidden within @kanpai789 is @zuruzurusg , a Japanese noodle bar specialising in Mazesoba.

Operating for lunch hours only, you can expect the following:

𝐌𝐚𝐳𝐞𝐒𝐨𝐛𝐚

Dry noodles with minced pork, soft boiled egg, garlic, seaweed, chives and spring onion. My favourite of the 3! I love how the noodles were super springy and al-dente and the mixing sauce was really flavourful. Shout “Oimeshi” for a spoon of rice to mix with your remaining sauces!

𝐓𝐬𝐮𝐤𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧

A dipping ramen, which consist of noodles which are eaten after being dipped in a separate bowl of broth. I like it that their dipping broth ain’t too salty or overly rich.

𝐓𝐨𝐧𝐤𝐨𝐭𝐬𝐮 𝐑𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧

Deeply flavoured tonkotsu pork broth, ramen noodles, Chashu pork slices, harujuku egg, bamboo shoot and spring onion that come together to create comfort in a bowl.

On top of the mains above, they also offer sides such as 𝐆𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐔𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐢 𝐢𝐧 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐲𝐚𝐤𝐢 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐞 and 𝐆𝐲𝐨𝐳𝐚 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐖𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐢 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐭.
