Elaine is back with her newest creation - Avalanche Cake🌋! Featuring one of the Avalanche Cake Series, Mango Avalanche Cake.

Adapted from a chiffon cake recipe, it’s no surprise that the sponge cake was super moist, soft and fluffy. It’s super fresh too as it’s baked freshly on the day itself. Love the strong egg taste in it!

Using Harum Manis mangoes (which is currently in season), Elaine came up with a special creamy custard sauce and pour it over the sponge cake, topping the cake with almond nuts, mango cubes and blueberries. I really love how sweet and fragrant the mangoes were!

Without a doubt, the highlight of her new creation is the Avalanche effect🤩! Upon releasing the cake, the custard sauce pours down and drench the sponge cake, creating the “Avalanche”. Swipe to watch the Avalanche effect!
