PizzaExpress — Laksa Pizza

𝐋𝐚𝐤𝐬𝐚 𝐏𝐢𝐳𝐳𝐚

A pretty interesting pizza flavor that caught my attention!

Served atop the thin crust pizza was a layer of home-made laksa sauce topped with a generous amount of seafood, quail eggs, fried beancurd/taupok and laksa leaves. The seafood variety consists of clams, squid and prawns.

As soon as this was served, I could smell the strong coconut fragrance coming off from the pizza. With rich laksa flavors coming through each bite, this laksa pizza really tastes alike to our favourite local delight.
