M Amaspice — Handmade Curry Puffs for CNY 2021

Handmade from scratch by a mother and son duo, @m.amaspice curry puff boast a thin skin with a generous amount of ingredients filled within it. I gave it a slight toast before consumption and the puffs were so crispy!

@m.amaspice curry puff is slightly smaller in size compared to the usual curry puffs that you see, but just the right size for a small bite that’ll leave you craving for more!

Apart from 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐏𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐬, they offer 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢 and 𝐇𝐚𝐞 𝐁𝐞𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐚𝐦 too! The HBH was nicely flavored, not too salty and goes super well with porridge and bread! As for their Sambal Spicy Chilli, it’s very fragrant, not too spicy (but still packs a kick) and has mild sweetness to it. Super shiok to fry it with kang kong or pair it with noodles or as a chilli dip!
