There’s jelly cubes of Roselle tea and a cookie base. I like cakes with a cookie base as it has better texture and taste. Would be better if their cookie base is thicker and has more flavor. Madam’ Roselle cheesecake tastes more solid than Jiggly Fluff.

Jiggly Fluff 🍰

It is very soft and melts in ur mouth. A pretty light cheesecake.

I think both slices taste the same, just the base and the texture is slightly different.
