Made dumplings today! The fillings are made of minced pork, prawns, turnip and scallion

Made dumplings today! The fillings are made of minced pork, prawns, turnip and scallion. Split them up so I could have both dumplings soup & fried dumplings.

Hmm.. realised that when I mixed prawns into the filling mixture, there is lesser bite to it. Pure minced pork filling has more bite to it!
