These madeleines are beautifully shaped in a distinct shell-shaped and coated with a top layer of chocolate.

Each box of madeleines consist of the following flavors:

Rose Water

Cookies & Cream

Dark Chocolate

Matcha

Earl Grey

The rose water flavor was pretty unique, it has a light floral fragrant to it, while the matcha flavor has strong tones of matcha. I like it that the cookies & cream flavor contain bits of cookies crunch in it! However, I wish that the earl grey flavor could be stronger as the milk chocolate taste overpowered it. Also, I would prefer the madeleines to be softer in texture.
