The extended curing process subtly concentrates the natural sweetness of the mantis prawns, while the aromatic wine lends a gentle fragrance that enhances the seafood’s delicate flavour.
🦆Eight Treasures Golden “Hulu Gourd” Duck
The whole boneless duck is filled with a medley of ingredients including ginkgo nuts, dried oysters, roasted pork belly, lotus seeds, wild mushrooms, dried shrimp and water chestnuts. The result is a harmonious combination of textures and flavours, with each ingredient contributing its own character while complementing the richness of the duck.
