Mao Shan Wang Ice Cream Cake 🎂

Super strong aromatic fragrance😌The cake was beautifully designed with a light-tasting fresh cream to make it looks like a MSW durian, sprinkled with cocoa powder. As the cream tasted so light yet suitably sweet, it’s hard to stop yourself from consuming it!

The interior consists of a super thick layer of durian ice cream! It tasted like actual durian just in the form of ice cream that melts in your mouth, making it so suitable for Singapore’s hot and humid weather! You could taste bits and pieces of durian flesh in the ice cream layer. Beneath it was a thin layer of soft and fluffy sponge cake.

I like how rich and real the durian flavor is as well as the creaminess of the ice cream layer. The cream was very light and complemented the whole cake really well. Additionally, the cake tasted suitably sweet, just like how a durian taste like.

To sum it up, 3 favourites in 1 - It’s simply pure indulgence🌟
