Limited time only‼️Handmade using thick quality pork cuts freshly flown from the US, which is then deep fried in panko to beautiful perfection. Australian Cheddar is layered in between the panko and the meat, and melted to precision at an optimal temperature from the heat of the Katsu, ensuring the cheese stays runny throughout the meal. This complements and adds great texture as well as creamy flavour to the already popular katsu. Do catch this as it will only be available till 30th June!

All set comes with fragrant Japanese rice and a heartwarming bowl of Miso soup. I really like how crisp and clean tasting the Katsu and Ebi Fry were. As they uses only 100% healthy cottonseed oil, it leaves a refreshing taste without feeling greasy.
