Mixed Beef Kway Teow Soup 🥢

This taste pretty much like the dry version, just that the kway teow is immersed in a slightly peppery and robust beefy soup instead.

Don’t forget to add in that scoop of chinchalok as it is oh so heavenly good! Really love how the preserved vegetables, chinchalok and the beef slices dipped in the chilli sauce goes so amazingly well with the soup and kway teow!

A point to note is that their innards were very well cleaned and they were really soft and tender with no odour.
