A classic Korean-Chinese dish. @mukjja_sg Jjamppong uses only squid, paired with black fungus and an assortment of vegetables. The seafood broth was light and refreshing but I think it could do with more depth of seafood flavor to it.
This is definitely the kind of slurpy, warm and comforting bowl of noodles that I’d crave for on a cold rainy day.
