Another classic Korean-Chinese dish. The bowl of smooth chewy noodles came covered in generous amount of flavorful black bean sauce. The caramelised black bean sauce carries mild sweetness to it’s otherwise savoury notes. Give the noodles a good toss and you are ready for a slurp-worthy meal!

Definitely one of the more authentic ones you can find in Singapore. But I gotta say that though @mukjja_sg Jjajangmyeon is good, my favourite is still @o.bba_jjajang 😋!
