The Daily Catch β Chilli Crab with Fresh Mud Crab
My all-time favourite dish is none other than ππ‘π’π₯π₯π’ ππ«ππ π¦!
This time, I got hold of a super fresh and fleshy mud crab from @thedailycatchsg . The crab meat was very firm and succulently-sweet. I was surprised with how fleshy the mud crab was, especially those firm, meaty claws! Itβs definitely more substantial than the usual ones I got from the wet market.
Instead of cooking the chilli crab sauce from scratch, I used @thesoupspoonsg chilli crab sauce which is super convenient! It wasnβt spicy and is pretty well-balanced with sweet-savoury notes.
