NBCB — No-Frills Cheeseburgers

@nbcb_sg was born out of a loving husband’s care for his pregnant wife’s cravings. Albeit it started off just to sate cravings, @nbcb_sg is ready to be shared to the public after countless experiments and taste testing.

As it’s name suggests, @nbcb_sg sells only 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐬! They specialise in no-frills cheeseburgers consisting of @nbcb_sg signature flame-grilled smoky handmade beef patty, American cheese, tomato, lettuce and a touch of mustard sauce, wrapped between soft toasted buns.

It can’t be helped that the buns were a little soggy due to delivery, but I am really amazed at how well the flavours come together! The highlight is definitely the beef patty! Tender, soft and juicy beef patty paired with lettuce and tomato for freshness to the bite, as well as cheese to fully complement the overall taste of the burger. I like it that the burger isn’t overly greasy but I personally would prefer for more smokiness and charred flavours to the beef patty!

Understand that the chef’s wish for customers to enjoy every layer of the burger by not overpowering it with condiment and sauces, only a touch of mustard sauce was added to the burger to balance out the rich flavours of the beef patty. However, I’d like it if they could play around with more combination of sauces to further bring out the flavours of the burger as well as to add more elements to their already delicious burgers!
