The fish was fried till golden brown, with a crispy outer layer. However, the fish meat remains soft on the inside. The fish was huge as well! Highly recommend this dish!
Sambal Squid🦑
Was a tad bit disappointed with this dish. Was expecting something like SG’s sambal sotong but nahh. Couldn’t taste the sambal in it and there were very little squid pieces.. most of it were onions and vegetables.
