It’s no surprise they retain the 2 Michelin stars for the Michelin Guide Seoul 2022! @jungsik_inc is touted as the pioneer of modern Korean fine dining, with @chefjungsik adding his own innovation flair to traditional Korean cuisine. His creations are unexpected, yet surprisingly evocative and authentic.

At 210,000 KRW per pax, the Tasting Menu includes:

𝐀𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐁𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐡𝐞

The most extensive and beautifully plated Amuse Bouche I’ve had! It totally whet my appetite and I can’t wait for the course to start!

𝐂𝐀𝐕𝐈𝐀𝐑

The soy-marinated jelly pairs so well with the fresh scallops and caviar.

𝐎𝐂𝐓𝐎𝐏𝐔𝐒

With a slight crisp/charred exterior, this is definitely the most tender grilled octopus I’ve had!

𝐓𝐔𝐍𝐀 𝐆𝐈𝐌𝐁𝐀𝐏

Crisp and tasty gimbap! I’d recommend placing the tuna on top of the gimbap and enjoy this with your hands!

𝐀𝐁𝐀𝐋𝐎𝐍𝐄

The natural flavors of the ingredients really shines here. This is the softest, most tender abalone I’ve had. It has a smoky flavor to it. Accompanied with really fresh mushrooms.

𝐎𝐊 𝐃𝐎𝐌

The fish was so fresh and amazing! The marinated fish roe has an ocean taste to it. Freshness just flows through this dish.

𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐖𝐎𝐎++

I was totally blown away. This was OUT OF THE WORLD AMAZING! Soft, tender beef paired with brown butter which makes it creamy and savoury, with a hint of sweetness.

𝐒𝐔𝐉𝐄𝐎𝐍𝐆𝐆𝐖𝐀

A good palate cleanser that sets me ready for dessert.
