{Ola Set Menu - Valenciana Paella 🥘}

I am always ordering seafood or mixed paella as I love how the seafood adds a depth of flavor to the entire dish.

This is my first time trying chicken paella and it’s pretty good! The marinated chicken was tender and the rice was al-dente and flavorful, with a good amount of socarrat. Portion was just nice for sharing too.
