One Ninety — Restaurant Week 2021 at Four Seasons Singapore
Ever since Covid-19 happened, aren’t we severely starved of the sight of buffet counters? I was pleasantly surprised when visiting @oneninetysg , as we can take our pick straight from their buffet counter spread!
Located at @fssingapore , @oneninetysg is a modern Asian brasserie specialising in Provencal cuisine with an Asian twist. As they are one of the participating restaurants in the upcoming 𝐍𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨 𝐒𝐆 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐦𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟏, from 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝟐𝟒𝐭𝐡 𝐎𝐜𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟏, you’ll get to enjoy a specially curated 3 course meal, set in a picturesque botanical ambience.
The part that I was most looking forward to and missing dearly now is their staff-served buffet line for starters and desserts! At $𝟒𝟖++ 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐱 for their 𝐍𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨 𝐒𝐆 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐦𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟏 𝐋𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐒𝐞𝐭, you can expect the following:

Served with Mousseline Potatoes, Bigarade Sauce. One of the best Duck Leg Confit I’ve had! Decked with a crispy skin, the duck meat was fork-tender, moist and perfectly seasoned with the right amount of saltiness. Paired with Bigarade sauce that goes so wonderfully well with the rich duck confit.
