One Prawn & Co — Rich Prawn Noodles at Zhup Zhup
If you enjoy rich and hearty broth like I do, I highly recommend you to try this place out!
@oneprawnnco probably serves one of the richest and full-bodied prawn broth in Singapore! Chef Gwyneth’s prawn broth hits the sweet spot between Penang Prawn Noodles and Japanese Tonkotsu-style broth. Over 48kg of prawn heads and pork bones boiled for over 20 hours, you definitely will not miss the natural sweetness and umami-ness contained in this pot of warm, rich and hearty prawn broth.
If you’re into crunchy pork lard, you will not be disappointed here! Topping each bowl of prawn noodles were a generous amount of crunchy pork lards that tasted really fresh, crisp and flavorful, enhancing the bowl of prawn noodles.
We had the 𝐅𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝐉𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐨 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐧𝐬 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐩𝐨𝐭 ($30), which consists of 𝙅𝙪𝙢𝙗𝙤-𝙨𝙞𝙯𝙚𝙙 𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙣𝙨, 𝙋𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙎𝙝𝙖𝙗𝙪 𝙨𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨, 𝙏𝙤𝙗𝙞𝙠𝙤 𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙣 𝘽𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙨 & 𝘾𝙡𝙖𝙢𝙨. You have to give Chef Gwyneth's handmade Tobiko Prawn Balls a try👍🏻!
Apart from Prawn Noodles, @oneprawnnco also serves freshly fried Ngoh Hiang to complement our bowls of Prawn Noodles!
