Similar to Ichiran, you can customize the ramen to your own preferences such as richness of the broth, firmness of the noodles etc.
The tonkotsu pork broth was thick, smooth and really flavourful. There’s free flow bean sprouts as sides😊
Can’t help but think it’s pretty similar to Ichiran but the taste of the ramen is definitely different! Do give it a try👍🏻
